The Dragon Scoops the Moon From the Ocean

For the spleen and stomach meridians


  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes turned out slightly.
  2. Bend your knees as you reach your right hand toward the ground.
  3. Pretend to scoop up something shaped like a globe with your right hand in front of your right foot.
  4. Rise slowly, looking at your right palm.
  5. When your hand is at chest level, turn your palm facedown and look forward. Slowly lower your arm to your side. Repeat for two minutes. Switch sides and repeat.
