The Dragon's Toe Dance

Stand with feet shoulder width
apart, toes turned out
slightly, and hands on your back
with fingers pointing toward
the spine. Shift your weight to
your right leg. Lift your left heel
but keep your toes on the floor.
Make a circle with your knee
by turning your left knee out to
the side and keeping your toes
on the floor.
Continue the circle until your
knee is straight behind you and
your heel is almost touching
the floor.
Circle your knee in toward
your body to bring it back
to the starting position. Repeat
the counterclockwise rotation
for one minute. Rotate your hip,
knee, and ankle together. Switch
sides and repeat.
