- Stand with feet shoulder width apart, knees bent a little, and toes turned out slightly. Raise your hands to chest level with palms facing forward, elbows by your sides.
- Slowly extend your arms to the side as far as you can without locking your elbows. Keep your fingers pointing upward. Return to starting position. Repeat for two minutes.
